Instructions

Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 325
Step 2
Boil chicken. (2 breasts should be enough for two cups). Shred chicken.
Step 3
In a bowl mix softened cream cheese, 2/3 of the butter, salt, and pepper. Add chicken to the mixture.
Step 4
Cut Pillsbury dough into four squares. Add chicken mixture to each square. Pull corners to center and pinch together.
Step 5
Melt 1 tablespoon butter. In another bowl pour in some flavored bread crumbs. Place crumb side up on baking sheet.
Step 6
Cook the balls for 15 minutes.
