½ tsppepper
2 Tbspolive oil

1 stemrosemary
1clove garlic
1 Tbspsunflower oil

Instructions
Ramen bun
Step 1
Cook the mie noodles according to packaging instructions
Step 2
Rinse the cooked mie noodles with cold water and then put them in a bowl.
Step 3
Add the egg, cheese, soy sauce and season with salt. Mix until well combined.
Step 4
Place a piece of plastic wrap on a stainless steel ring. Put one half of the noodles inside. Press everything well with a spoon. Repeat with the other half.

Then wrap the noodles and put in the freezer for 1 hour

Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on high. Deepfry the ramen buns for about 2-3min.
Steak
Step 7
Season the steak with salt and pepper and drizzle on the olive oil. Massage the oil into the steak. Repeat on the other side

Smash 1 clove of garlic
Step 9
Heat the pan. When it is hot, add the sunflower oil. Then add the steak (leave the temperature on high). After 1 minute, turn the steak and add the butter and rosemary.
Step 10
Fry for another minute. After frying, place the steak on a plate and let rest for 5 minutes.
Sauce
Step 11
Melt the peanut butter. Then add the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil and chili flakes. Mix until well combined.
Burger

Spread one ramen bun with the peanut butter sauce. Place the steak on top.
Step 13
Stack the other ramen bun on top and enjoy!
