my sytle of chicken pot pie using scones/biscuits as a topping.

Step 1
chop up chicken into 1 inch cubes
Step 2
chop onions and mushrooms
Step 3
fry chicken in large frying pan using spray oil.
Step 4
once browned add onions and mushrooms, cook until soft
Step 5
add spices
Step 6
add soup and stock and simmer for 15 mins
if needed add cornflour and water slurry to thicken the mixture
Step 7
make scones. add flour and cold cubed butter into large bowl
mix into a small crumb. not to much that the butter melts
Step 8
add milk, slowly until dough forms. add cheese and seasoning.
Step 9
add chicken mix to casserole dish and top with scone mix. i just plopped bits ontop to make a crust
Step 10
cook for 45 minutes in oven at 180 degree c
