Instructions

Step 1
Mix first 6 ingredients very well, until it is a uniform spread.
Step 2
For a Tuna Melt, place 1/3 of mixture on gf bread, and cover with 1/3 of cheese. For a salad, dice the cheese and mix it in.
Step 3
For a Tuna Melt, broil until cheese is done to taste. For a salad, but it on 3oz of spring mix with a few cherry tomatoes.
