butter
softened
1 ½ cupssugar
2eggs
1 tspvanilla extract
2 ¾ cupflour
2 tspcream of tartar
1 tspbaking soda
½ tspsalt
Cinnamon sugar
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat over to 350 degrees
Step 2
in large browl, combine butter and sugar until creamy then, add the eggs and vanilla and blend.
Step 3
in medium size bowl, add the flour, tartar, baking soda, and salt. Sift it to get out all lumps.
Step 4
Add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients slowly and fold until combined
Step 5
make cinnamon sugar in another bowl or plate and roll one inch dough balls inside of it
Step 6
put 6 cookies on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 mins
