Instructions

Step 1
Add soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, olive oil and garlic to bowl. Mix. Add two pieces of salmon and let chill for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Add dry seasonings to separate bowl, combine. Season remaining two salmon with this.
Step 3
Place all four salmon pieces on a parchment lined tray. In between, line with sliced carrots, green beans, asparagus, and yellow squash. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4
Bake 400F for 11 minutes.
Step 5
Add rice to containers, then add veggies and salmon. Good for 3 days.
