A Chinese flavour vibe crispy crumb coating for chicken nuggets or vegan nuggets if using a chicken alternative. A great way to use stale bread and whizz into bread crumbs.

Step 1
Chop chicken breast into 1 inch or 3cm chunks. Cover on sweet chilli sauce and stir on and leave to marinade.

Whizz up bread and seasonings in blender.

Step 3
Squeeze the crumb coating on the chicken and place breaded chicken 1 layer thick in air fryer.
Step 4
Spray with sunflower or sesame oil. And air fry for 4 mins at 200.
Step 5
Turn nuggets, spray oil on other side and surgery for a further 4 mins
Step 6
Serve
