Garlic Parmesan Chicken & Potatoes

Instructions

Step 1
Wash potatoes, peel and cut into small cubes. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder and Paprika. No measurement, follow heart.
Step 2
Cook potatoes in air fryer at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Shake around 1/2 way.
Step 3
While potatoes are cooking, cut chicken into bite sized cubes.
Step 4
Chicken in oven safe skillet, over medium high heat with butter.
Step 5
Season chicken with 1/2 tsp each of salt & pepper. 1 tsp each of Paprika, onion powder, & Italian seasoning. (Can also season before placing in skillet)
Step 6
When chicken is cooked through, add minced garlic and garlic Parmesan sauce.
Step 7
Add cooked potatoes and mix
Step 8
Top with mozzarella, broil until cheese melted and browning.
