Instructions
Step 1
Spray the grill rack with nonstick spray; preheat the grill to medium or prepare a medium fire.
Step 2
Bring the hot sauce and hot pepper sauce to a simmer in a small saucepan set over medium heat; cook 1 minute.
Step 3
Remove the saucepan from the heat and swirl in 1/2 table- spoons of the butter.
Step 4
Put the remaining 1/2 tablespoons of butter in a microwavable dish and heat on High until melted, about 10 seconds.
Step 5
Stir in the liquid smoke.
Step 6
Toss together the chicken and butter mixture in a large bowl.
Step 7
Place the chicken on the grill rack.
Step 8
Grill until cooked through, 4–5 minutes on each side.
Step 9
Transfer the chicken to another large bowl and toss with the hot sauce mixture.
