200gPlain yoghurt
0.5lemon
bio
ginger
thumb sized
1date
1 ½ tspsalt
2garlic cloves
1 tspground coriander
1 tspturmeric powder
½ tspground cumin
½ tspchili powder
2 tspTandoori Masala
1 tspchunky chat masala
1 Tbspvegetable oil
1spring onion
1tomato
Veggies to be marinated:
Instructions
Step 1
Blend all ingredients in a blender
Step 2
Cut veggies and tofu into nice bite sized chunks. Take out stems of mushrooms. Put all veggies and marinade into zip lock bag. Put into fridge. Prepare up to one day in advance.
Step 3
Stuff mushrooms with feta.
Step 4
Either bbq everything on tin foil or put on skewers
Step 5
BBQ until wished texture
