chop onions, dill, mint, and parsley

season chicken with curry powder, dried basil, dried oregano, paprika, and cumin powder

using olive oil, cook chicken on med/high heat, add rosé wine, untill there are no more raw spots

begin heating quinoa with the desired amount of water

in a new pan, add olive oil and start cooking the chopped onions

add your greens, then tomato paste, then heavy cream

continue stirring the sauce and then add spinach. cover the pan to let spinach cook under lower heat

add chicken to sauce

stir until desirable consistency reached
