Step 1
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat and brown chicken, drain.
Step 2
Add onion soup mix and tarragon blended with water and wine.
Step 3
Simmer covered for 45 minutes or until chicken is tender.
Step 4
Remove chicken to serving platter; keep warm.
Step 5
Into the skillet, stir in flour blended with cream. Bring to a boil; simmer, stirring constantly until sauce is thickened, about 5 minutes.
Step 6
Serve sauce over chicken.
