Air Fryer Caprese Salad

This is a fun take on a classic caprese salad but using some delicious air fryer tomatoes. This recipe is incredible easy to create and the flavor of these tomatoes really helps elevate this dish too!

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees
Step 2
Take your sliced tomatoes and season with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, 1 tsp black pepper, italian seasoning and balsamic vinegar

Step 3
Air fry for 10 min. Let them cool for 2-3 minutes.
Step 4
Plate your tomatoes and mozzarella by placing one tomato slice and then one mozzarella slice on top. Repeat until you have used all the ingredients.

Finish with 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tbsp olive oil, balsamic glaze and fresh basil. Enjoy!
