Step 1
Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees
Step 2
Take your sliced tomatoes and season with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, 1 tsp black pepper, italian seasoning and balsamic vinegar

Step 3
Air fry for 10 min. Let them cool for 2-3 minutes.
Step 4
Plate your tomatoes and mozzarella by placing one tomato slice and then one mozzarella slice on top. Repeat until you have used all the ingredients.
