Step 1
Cook the pasta in salted boiling water.
Step 2
In a pan with olive oil, cook the zucchini (diced) and the garlic cloves. Salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3
When the zucchini and garlic are cooked, blend with the crushed tomatoes, coconut cream, parsley and chili flakes.
Step 4
In a pan, put the pasta water, zucchini sauce and pasta. Stir until you like the consistency.
Step 5
It's ready ! You can salt and pepper to taste and enjoy 😉 Bon appétit !
