Dinner dip, the whole family will love!
What we did was add a bit of cheese when adding in the rice and salsa. Then once cooked added the rest of cheese like it says to do in receipe. Also we just ate is as a dip with the scoops tortilla chips. We use PACE mild salsa, but use what ever type or spiciness you like. Enjoy!

Step 1
In a large skillet sauté ground beef, drain fat. Add rice, salsa, undrained beans and water. Add if you add some cheese in.
Step 2
Cover and simmer 25-30 minutes; stir occasionally. Top with cheese. Cover and heat until cheese melts. Top each serving with corn chips. Yield: 6-8 servings. Each serving provides 373 calories, 19 g protein, 18 g fat, 57 mg cholesterol, 33 g carbohydrate, 5 g fiber, 3 mg iron, 145 mg calcium, 509 IU vitamin A, 9 mg vitamin C and 591 mg sodium.
