Step 1
1. Add water and garlic paste to the dry mix (maida, cornstarch, salt and red chili)

2. Mix well before adding in the paneer

3. Gently mix the paneer

4. Deep fry the paneer until golden brown and set aside

5. In a pan, drizzle cooking oil along with sliced garlic and ginger

6. Stir in green chilies, onion and green pepper

8. Add soy sauce, chili sauce and water

9. Pepper and salt to taste

10. Add cornstarch slurry (mix 1tbsp cornstard + 2tbsp water to make slurry)

11. Transfer the fried paneer to the pan and mix

12. Garnish with spring onions
