1 lbshrimp peeled and deveined

1 linkAndouille Sausage
or Smoked Sausage
12 ouncesfettuccine pasta
4 TbspOlive Oil
½ tspdried oregano
⅔ cupParmesan
grated
1 cupheavy cream
1 cupchicken stock
½ cupcrushed tomatoes
1 tspbrown sugar
3garlic cloves
chopped
3 tspCreole Seasoning

1red bell pepper
diced small
0.5yellow onion
diced small
0.5Yellow Bell Pepper
large, diced small
kosher salt
to taste
fresh ground black pepper

Instructions
Step 1
Put shrimp in a bowl, add oregano, pinch of salt, some black pepper and the cajun seasoning. stir well
Step 2
Heat pan medium high heat, add olive oil. Lay shrimp flat, cook 2-3 minutes per side. Remove shrimp from pan.
Step 3
Add a little more olive oil. Add cut sausage flat to the pan. cook until browned on both sides. remove sausage from pan.
Step 4
Add the vegetables. cook a few minutes. Add cajun seasoning, brown sugar and garlic. cook 1-1 1/2 minutes. add crushed tomatoes, heavy cream and chicken stock. Keep stirring and bring to a light boil.
Step 5
Add parmesan cheese. Reduce heat to medium, thicken up sauce. Add noodles then sausage then shrimp. Cook 2 minutes then serve.
