1. Chop the onions in cubes. Add some oil to the skillet, put them in and fry them for a few minutes.

2. Chop the celery root and put it to the onions and fry everything for a few minutes or until the vegetables are soft.

3. Chop the beets, car-rots, cucumbers in cubes. Mix them well with fried vegetables and beans. Add more oil, if needed.

4. Decorate the salad with an onion flower and some fresh parsley.
