Chocolate Chip Blondies

These are positively amazing! They taste like thick, rich chocolate chip cookies. They disappear fast!

Instructions

Step 1
Heat oven to 350F degrees.
Step 2
Butter an 8-inch baking dish. Line it with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on both sides and butter parchment.
Step 3
In medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder and salt; set aside.
Step 4
In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla until smooth. Add the flour mixture and mix until just combined (do not over mix). Add Chocolate chips.
Step 5
Spread the prepared batter in the baking dish and bake until knife comes out clean (40-45 minutes). Let cool and then holding the parchment overhang, lift blondies out to cut into squares.
