Instructions
Step 1
Cook pasta according to directions, drain and keep warm
Step 2
Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat, stirring frequently, until crisp. Transfer to paper towel lined plate
Step 3
Season chicken (or shrimp/scallops) with salt/pepper and cook in pan with bacon fat. Transfer to plate once cooked through
Step 4
Add the Brussels spirits and cook until tender crisp, then add shallot and garlic, stirring frequently, until fragrant
Step 5
Return chicken and any juices to pan and stir. Add in the wine and cook until almost absorbed/evaporated, around 1 minute
Step 6
Certain half and half and cook for 1 min to reduce slightly. Season with salt/pepper. Sprinkle bacon on top to serve
