Instructions

Step 1
Prepare shells according to package, drain and rinse with cold water. Toss in oil and sprinkle some Dan-O’s.
Step 2
Brown the ground beef, season with Dan-O’s and taco seasoning. Top with salsa. Mix to combine. Add cheese and cook until melted.
Step 3
Cupping a pasta shell in your palm, place about a tablespoon of the taco meat into the shell.
Step 4
Wrap a second shell over the open side of stuffed shell to form a lid.
Step 5
Set the stuffed shells in the basket of the air fryer, leaving just a bit of space between each shell. Air fry at 400 F for 15-20 minutes or until crispy to your liking.
Step 6
Meanwhile, prepare the dipping sauce. In a medium bowl mix to combine sour cream, Dan-O’s, and hot sauce.
Step 7
Top with pico de gallo.
