Step 1
Combine graham cracker crumbs and ¼ cup sugar in small bowl. Blend in melted butter. Butter sides and bottom of 9” spring pan. Press crumbs firmly on bottom and sides of cake pan. Place in refrigerator to chill.
Step 2
In a large bowl blend cream cheese and 1 ½ cup sugar. Add 1/8 tsp. salt and beat until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time. Beat in vanilla. Pour this mixture into chilled graham cracker crust. Bake 350 degrees’ oven for 50 minutes. Remove cake from oven and let stand for 10 minutes and reset oven to 450 degrees. Combine sour cream, ¼ cup sugar, and 1 ½ tsp. vanilla in a small bowl and mix well. Spread over top of cake. Bake for 10 min at 450 degrees F.
