Instructions
Step 1
Place pork chops in the bottom of the crock pot.
Step 2
In a medium saucepan, mix together the chicken broth, milk, and flour over medium-low heat until it boils - stir constantly. Continue stirring the "chicken soup" until it thickens and then remove from heat.
Sauce Pan
all-purpose flour¼ cup
chicken broth½ cup
milk½ cup
Step 3
In a medium bowl, mix together "chicken soup", Greek yogurt, Worcestershire sauce, onion soup mix, and chicken broth until incorporated. Pour sauce over the pork chops.
Bowl
worcestershire sauce1 teaspoon
dry onion soup mix1 packet
chicken broth½ cup
fat-free plain greek yogurt½ cup
Step 4
Cover the crock pot and cook on LOW for 4-6 hours. (I've used thin boneless pork chops and they were done in 3 hours, so check them periodically.)
Step 5
Remove the pork chops from the crock pot and plate. Pour gravy from the crock pot over the pork chops.
