- Peel potatoes and carrots and cut into smaller pieces for boiling

finely dice onions and garlic and chop tomatoes

Get a separate bowl and mix minced beef, red onions, garlic salt and pepper to preference and 3 teaspoons of honey. Let marinate for few mins

boil potatoes and carrots until carrots are al dente and potatoes are soft

Step 5
in a saucepan, using cooking oil or butter, fry the white onions with the vegetable stock cube, then add the meat mixture into a saucepan and cook until the meat is brown or secretes fat. Add some of the water (around a cup) of the water used for boiling the carrots and potatoes. Let simmer for a few minutes until the mixture starts to produce a sort of gravy.
