Instructions

Step 1
Bring a pan to medium heat and add a tablespoon of olive oil. Sear the (thawed) tuna steaks on all sides until browned. Inside should be rare.
Step 2
Rinse and massage the spring mix. Cut the tomatoes into quarter-inch thick discs and remove the seeds. Cut the mozzarella into discs as well. Place your ingredients on the plate with the tuna steak.
Step 3
Drizzle an equal ratio of olive oil and balsamic vinegar on the salad and sprinkle with basil seasoning
