6 steps
Prep:15minCook:1h
The South, particularly the A, is famous for our lemon pepper and our hot wings, extra wet. The only thing better is both, together, and I decide to make them in the air fryer with the best damn ranch you’ve ever had in your life. There are several different ways to make the perfect chicken wing, but this way was quick from frozen and hit the late night spot!

Instructions
Wing Base
Step 1
This recipe accommodates cooking in a Foodi, but it can be easily adjusted for a more basic air fryer or even an oven. Add your brine to the Foodi pot. You can use just water, but a brine that contains salt, acid, sweet, and heat is much more flavorful. Add your frozen wings to the slotted inner pot and pressure cook on high for about 10 minutes.
Step 2
Once pressure cooker timer is done, release the steam and then remove the top. Place cooked wings in a mixing bowl and season with your favorite seasonings. Lightly brush with oil or spray with cooking spray. Add back to pot and air fry at 375ºF for 20 minutes, flipping and agitating halfway through. Prepare your toss sauce.

Step 3
While pressure cooking, prepare your ranch dressing. Combine mayo, sour cream, dill, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper well. Ass a splash of water, buttermilk, or pickle juice to get the desired consistency. Chill.
Wing Toss Sauce
Step 4
Melt a half stick of butter over medium heat. Add in your favorite hot sauce, a drizzle of honey, and whisk until well combined. Remove from heat.
Step 5
Remove air-fried wings to a mixing bowl and pour toss sauce over wings. Stir to coat every wing and finish with lemon pepper sprinkles.
Step 6
Serve with veggie sticks or fries and the Best Damn Ranch Ever. You're welcome!
