Pork mix
1 lbground pork
0.5 lbbacon
3garlic cloves
2shallots
⅛ teaspoonwhite pepper
⅛ teaspoonpaprika
½ teaspoonitalian seasoning
½ cupBBQ sauce
1 tablespoonworcestershire sauce
½ teaspoonfish sauce
optional
½ cupshredded mozzarella
4zucchini

Instructions
Step 1
Chop up raw bacon, garlic, shallots in a food processor
Step 2
Slice zucchini lengthwise and scrap out flesh to create a decent interior. Just enough to fit a generous portion of stuffing. Reserve flesh.
Step 3
Mix up ground pork, remaining ingredients, and zucchini flesh, in a bowl with bacon mixture
Step 4
Stuff zucchini to overflowing
Step 5
Grill at 400 until pork temp reaches 160F
Step 6
Drizzle BBQ sauce to your liking
