Instructions
Step 1
Take 1 baking sheet. Line with paper towels, lace tofu on the paper towels, and place more paper towels on top of tofu. Press a second baking sheet on top and press down to squish out all of the juices.
Step 2
In a large bowl. Mix together soy sauce, peanut butter, lemon juice, and seasonings. Add tofu into the sauce and stir. Set aside or marinate in the fridge overnight
Step 3
Chop onion and pepper. Heat on medium with butter until sautéed. Add tofu and let simmer, stirring occasionally. Heat garbanzo beans over medium with butter and seasonings to taste
Step 4
In a small bowl, mix together mayo, mustard, lemon juice, and seasonings. Set aside
Step 5
Once everything is done cooking. Serve
