Instructions
Step 1
Rinse and drain the raspberries
Step 2
In a pan, bring to boil the raspberries with the white wine vinegar, chilli and water and let it simmer for 5 to 10 min
Step 3
Blend and while the sauce is still hot, press through a fine mesh strainer to remove the seeds
Step 4
let it cool down and serve
