Instructions
Step 1
Warm oil and add all the ingredients, except for the chillies. Stir well, then leave to stand for 5 min.
Step 2
Heat mixture again till hot, not boiling.
Step 3
Add chillies & reduce heat.
Step 4
Do not allow the mixture to fry. Turn off heat after 3 to 5 minutes, and allow mixture to cool slightly, then bottle.
