2 ozfeta

8 ozfeta
½ cupplain greek yogurt
2cloves garlic
1 tablespoonolive oil
½ teaspoonblack pepper
1red bell pepper
diced
1cucumber
diced
0.5red onion
minced
1 tablespoonlime juice
2 teaspoonsapple cider vinegar
1 tablespoonhoney
½ teaspoonsalt

Instructions
Step 1
Whipped Feta
Step 2
In a blender or food processor, put all ingredients for whipped feta in and blend until smooth. Place in a small bowl, cover and place in refrigerator until ready to serve.

Red Pepper Relish
Step 4
Place all ingredients in a small bowl, cover and place in refrigerator until ready to serve.
Step 5
Greek Turkey Burgers
Step 6
Preheat grill to medium high heat & spray with cooking oil spray.
Step 7
While the grill is preheating, add all ingredients (except buns) to a food processor or blender and pulse until mixed (do not over mix!).
Step 8
Alternatively you can chop all ingredients and mix burgers by hand.
Step 9
Form turkey mixture into 4 large patties, flatten and place on plate.
Step 10
Grill on each side for about 8 minutes or until cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F.
Step 11
Toast burger buns on grill as desired, then optionally spread 1 Tablespoon of the hummus on each of the burger buns. Add burger patty and top with whipped feta & red pepper relish, enjoy!
