Grind dates, cashews, almonds and goond. Separately

Roast Dry ingridients separately in one to 2 spoon of ghee separately in 2 tbsp ghee each. (Roasting cashew and almonds is optional)

Roast wheat flour in ghee

Midway through while roasting flour, add the goond powder too and keep roasting for next few minutes until the flour starts smelling really nice and the color is somewhere dark pinkish to brown
