Instructions

Step 1
Soak dry rice noodles in warm water for 4-5 minutes then drain and set aside.
Step 2
Mix stir fry sauce in small bowl.
Step 3
Cut chicken into thin slices. Marinate with soy sauce, oil and white pepper. Set aside and marinate for few minutes.
Step 4
Prepare vegetables as preferred.
Step 5
Fry chicken for 1-2 minutes till cooked.
Step 6
Add vegetables (hard veggies first soft ones like bean sprouts last) and stir fry for a minute.
Step 7
Add noodles and stir fry sauce, mix well and toss gently for a minute.
Step 8
Add spring onions as garnish and serve immedietly.
