Butter Free 12 Cupcakes

This is the base vanilla cupcake recipe. Add any ingredients of your choice to change the flavour: lemon, orange, mint, chocolate chips, cinnamon etc. This recipe makes 12 cupcakes, double all ingredients to make 24 cupcakes.
