Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375.
Step 2
Bring water to boil. Add salt and green beans. Boil for 8 mins. Drain and set aside.
Step 3
Melt butter in skillet over med high. Add garlic, ginger, mushrooms, thyme. Cook until soft. Sprinkle in flour and stir. Add chicken broth. Stir. Add in half n half. Stir. Add in Gouda. Stir. Simmer until thick. 6-8 mins
Step 4
Add green beans and mix well. Put in 9x13 dish and top with onions. Bake 20 mins.
