Ingredients
6 servings
5 cupsmixed greens
loosely packed, or any favorite lettuce
2 tablespoonssunflower seeds
shelled
0.25red onion
thinly sliced
1cucumber
peeled and thinly sliced
¼ cupdijon mustard
¼ cuphoney
¼ cupapple cider vinegar
1 teaspoonsalt
¼ teaspoonblack pepper
¼ cupoil
i use extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbscrumbled feta cheese
Instructions
Step 1
Combine dressing ingredients in a jar, cover and shake vigorously to combine.
Step 2
In a large bowl combine mixed greens, sunflower seeds, red onions, cucumbers. Just before serving add dressing to taste and toss to combine. Serve immediately after tossing with dressing.
