Make the strawberry glaze first with Fresh strawberries + honey (or sugar, stevia or another preferred sweetener) in your microwave.
Then pour it with some coconut cream into your glass.
Afterwards, make the smoothie.

Ingredients
2 servings
2 Tbspcoconut cream
canned, chilled, leave about 1 day in the fridge before
1 cupfresh strawberries
for glaze
1 tsphoney
glaze, optional, Or stevia, monkfruit sweetener
1 cupalmond milk
1 Tbspmaple syrup
opt
1 scoopcollagen powder
2pitted dates
1banana
small, ripe and frozen
¼ cupfrozen avocado
2 cupfrozen strawberries
1 tspIrish moss
and hyaluronic acid
Instructions
Step 1
FOR THE GLAZE:
Microwave 1 cup of fresh strawberries with 1 tsp of honey (sugar, stevia or other preferred sweetener). 30-60 seconds
Step 2
Then mash up the strawberries after about 1 minute with a fork.
Step 3
Add into the serving glass some of the thick part of the coconut cream, on the sides and bottom.
Step 4
Add the strawberry glaze into a strainer, hold it over the serving glass and squeeze the strawberries out with a fork or spoon, so that the glaze, floats through the strainer into the serving glass.
Step 5
FOR THE SMOOTHIE:
Step 6
Add almond milk, hyaluronic acid , maple syrup, sea moss gel, collagen to the blender.
Step 7
Now add the pitted dates, and the frozen fruits to your blender: avocados, bananas and frozen strawberries.
Step 8
Blend all untl smooth and transfer into the serving glass.
