Instructions
Step 1
In small mixing bowl beat cream cheese on medium speed of electric mixer until fluffy. Gradually beat in milk and 3 tbsp lemon juice. Add egg and beat until just combined
Step 2
Pour half of mixture into crust. In small bowl combine preserves and remaining lemon juice
Step 3
Spoon half of preserves mixture over mixture in crust.
Step 4
Top with remaining pie filling mix and then spoon the preserves mix in zig zag across top.
Step 5
Use a knife to swirl preserves into top of cream cheese mix
Step 6
Bake at 300 degrees f for 50-55 min or until center is almost set. Cool on wire rack for 1 hour. Refrigerate at least 3 hrs
Step 7
Store in refrigerator
