Boil pot of water

Peel and dice potatoes and add to water. boil for 8 mins.

Add oil to pan on medium high heat.

Dice onion and add to pan.

Add garlic, curry powder, salt, cayenne, and garam masala.

Once onion is clear, add can of tomatoes, cook for 2 mins.
