Instructions
Step 1
Place cream cheese in mixer ,mix till smooth
Step 2
Add soften butter
Step 3
Incorporate shifted flour slowly into the mixture.

Once mixed together take out dough and kneed for 5 min into a ball

Let ball of dough rest for 30 minutes in room temperature.
Step 6
Split dough into small balls and press them into round shape, roll them out, or cut out shape with cookie press.

Use 1 to 2 tablespoons of desired filling dont not over fill

Once filled on one side of the edge add egg wash to seal it.
Step 9
Fold one side over and press with finger ,fork or crimper. Cut slits on top.
Step 10
Add egg wash to top and sides of empanada optional sprinkle sugar, cinnamon or any spice you desire.
Step 11
Place empanada (filled pastery) in oven for 325 for 15 min.
