Used all ingredients as written but did not use soy sauce. Instead added 1/4 tsp more paprika, 1/2 tsp smoked paprika, 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes and 1/2 tsp Za’atar seasoning. After simmering for 40 minutes, added 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh basil and then sea salt, and granulated garlic to taste. Turned out to be a very flavorful dish that we thoroughly enjoyed.
