There is something off with this recipe. It’s missing a boatload of salt as it comes out lacking. Also I didn’t even know my Instant Pot could report the food burn error. Since I sauteed the chicken 5 minutes per side (recipe was unclear) even though it never got to the pressure cooking phase the thighs still hit 190. Once I added a ton of salt (and had to throw away the portion that burned) it had great flavor.
