Easy, delicious and a great source of protein and fiber. The flavor is savory and texture reminded me of cornbread. Paired well with veggie soup and also with arakas latheros. I did succeed in burning my fingers on the hot pan, but I can't be graceful all the time! The main thing that makes this a "special occasion" recipe rather than a "go-to" for menis that it's hard to find chickpea flour around here.

I'm glad you liked it! I def burnt myself way too many times while cooking... For the chickpea flour I'm not sure if you have them, but usually Asian grocery stores have it <3
