Made this last night for one of Florida’s chilly nights. I dumped into a stockpot since I don’t have an insta pot and it worked perfectly fine. I used Publix brand of canned veggies and they were in 15 oz increments instead of 14 like the recipe called for. After adding all the ingredients to the pot, I added about 2-3 tsp (I just eyeballed it and dumped some in lol) of original Tony’s creole seasoning and let it boil for about 10-15 minutes to cook the beans all the way through. This soup was easy, DELICIOUS, & since I made for 6 and only fed 3, we have dinner for another night! Win win! I’m adding it to our favorites list for sure.
