I tweaked the recipe a bit. I added fresh grated ginger, 2 cloves of roasted garlic & 1tbsp of shaoxing wine to the glaze. I used the glaze only for the fish. I sauteed the veggies separately with more garlic & fresh ginger and about 1 tbsp of oyster sauce. I also used oyster mushrooms. Finally i served it over some quinoa. This was very tasty and I’m definitely gonna make it again!
