Definitely has the texture of a bean. The instructions weren't available so I blended all the ingredients together besides the chocolate chips and then poured them into baking dish prepared with coconut oil and topped it with the chocolate chips. Baked for 25 minutes at 350. I subbed the oat flour for gluten free all purpose and the sugar for coconut sugar. They aren't disgusting, just not like your typical brownie. If you're like me and have dietary restrictions they're worth trying. I'll probably make them again.
