Lovely. Will definitely make again with a few tweaks. Firstly I didn't use peppered mackrel. If I want pepper I'll add it at the end myself and have more control over it. I added the juice of one lemon, it was maybe a bit big so next time I'd use a smidgen less lemon juice. Halved the amount of horseradish as 2 tbs is an awful lot, and think it would overwhelm it. I want to taste the smoked mackrel not pepper and horseradish. I used dill cos that's what I had...don't think it needs it, won't bother next time.
