It was good. I went easy on the spices - don't do that. Had to add way more at the end. I was worried about it being too spicy but as I was eating I remembered that green beans can be bland. Following the recipe the rice was also under cooked.
I made it differently next time. I made the rice in the instant pot with the chicken stock and stir-fried the rest of the items in the pan with the full amount of spices and it came out really well. I used a more even amount of chorizo because the only chorizo I found in the store was ground so I had to up the amount used vs. the sliced kind.
