Not sure, but lots. I am always looking for communities that I can depend on to find what I want. That's why I actually started four myself. There were many small communities with hundreds or thousands of members but only a few recipes. So i have bigger groupings but sensible ones (at least to me). For example instead of the different communities for Mexican, Puerto Rican, Cuban, Colombian (etc, etc) recipes. I started one for Latin American Cuisines. It's still smaller than my other communities, but is bigger that all but the Mexican ones combined. And, like Asian food, there is a commonality, although there are also differences.
