This was a delicious dish, but wow, my red curry ended up quite spicy! I only used one and a half tablespoons, and that was more than enough. I added green beans, peas, and chopped turkey breast, and even managed to freeze some for later. It’s a great little batch cooking recipe! I did forget to add the lime though, which I think is really important as it brightens the dish—definitely a note to remember for next time
